Summary: DLP Direct Lending Partners is a private real estate lending firm in search of top notch Loan Officers — deal makers and “closers” — to join our rapidly growing team. We provide all the tools you will need in order to be successful as a Loan Officer: sales and industry training; numerous types of leads; marketing; CRM; full service processing and a top-notch operations team; and aggressive comp plan.

What you have already accomplished:

  • Self starter
  • Top sales producer
  • Residential, hard money, commercial, or investment real estate lending experience
  • Relationships with OR experience working with real estate investors, realtors, and mortgage brokers
  • Strong sales, follow up, and presentation skills

What you are great at:

  • Phone sales
  • Networking and face to face sales at events or meetings
  • Closing internet and inquiry based leads
  • ead and deal pipeline management
  • Social media and email communication
  • Presenting to real estate investors and brokerages
  • 1 on 1 meetings with real estate agents and investors
  • Evaluation of properties/projects
  • Financial analysis of deals
  • Working an inside sales role, with the opportunity to prospect at events “in the field”

What you will achieve in this role:

  • Close 5+ loans per month (top producers close 10+ loans per month)
  • Residential and investment real estate lending experience
  • Realtor, mortgage broker, bank, real estate investor relationship
  • Strong presentation and sales skills
  • Present to real estate investors and real estate brokerages
  • 1-on-1 meetings with real estate agents and investors
  • Evaluation of properties/projects
  • Follow up and prospecting via phone
  • Financial analysis of deals
