Summary: DLP is looking for a proven Corporate Sales/Business Development Representative, ideally with hospitality and corporate housing experience. Are you a hungry professional seeking an outside sales position with long-term advancement opportunity? DLP’s newest lease-up waterfront asset is looking for the perfect candidate to oversee the corporate business solution and forge long term relationships with the travel departments, mobility professionals, and relocation companies of the astrotech and cruise industries in Titusville FL.

What you have already accomplished:

This role is ideal for a candidate with 1-3 years of outside sales experience. We are seeking a motivated team member with a hunter mentality who is eager to learn and grow their sales & leasing career with us as our company continues to expand at a rapid pace. The Corporate Sales Representative is responsible for generating new corporate accounts through the relocation industry, with consultants, HR professionals, executive assistants, global mobility and related fields by cold calling, prospecting, and networking. The position will uncover new business opportunities and grow vertically within companies. You will sell our unique waterfront apartment homes, building out a corporate furnished solution to various employers including highlighting the astrotech and cruise industries local to our Space Coast market. This candidate needs to be energetic, outgoing, proactive, creative and have attention-to-detail with outstanding selling and networking skills.

This candidate will have a proven track record with the following:

  • Must represent & promote our core values.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hotel/hospitality/corporate housing experience is a plus.
  • Candidate should have a strong background in Class A Asset.
  • Must be able to sell value over price.
  • Solid onsite marketing skills with a corporate housing/preferred employer planexpereince
  • Be a driven outside sales professional who is eager to develop and enhance your skill-set in the areas of cold calling, blitzing, research, networking, and driving your territory.
  • You have a “yes” approach to customer service. Exceptional resident services is paramount to our success.
  • Create business opportunities and understand the importance of attending industry events and networking functions.
  • Create a lifestyle, catering to resident needs, and selling the “dream” to prospects amongst the lease-up construction phase through the community’s stabilization process.
  • Develop and maintain positive resident relations.
  • Maintain ethical, professional, and courteous relations with residents, teammates, and contractors.
  • Be a key contributor to the attainment of all management company goals.

What you will achieve in this role:

  • Meet monthly lease-up goals to achieve stabilization in Year 1.
  • Be the driving factor in creating the DREAM Corporate Residence Program and the relationship liaison with AirBNB, Pillow and other stay-providers.
  • Contribute to effective occupancy goals.
  • Create & maintain long term relationships with key housing departments at major employers.
  • Attend and contribute productive solutions at all Property Management meetings.
