Ken Metz is an accomplished real estate professional with more than 22 years of experience in property management. His expertise spans multifamily and student housing operations, with a proven track record leading on-site teams, regional operations, and new construction lease-ups across Class A, B, C, D, and affordable housing communities.

Ken has been deeply involved in training and development throughout his career, creating and facilitating courses, building organizational policies and procedures, and supporting the growth of multiple teams. As Director of Acquisitions, he oversaw the purchase and transition of nine multifamily assets totaling more than $250 million.
