Theresa brings more than 30 years of multifamily industry experience, having built her career from the ground up. Beginning in sales and leasing, she advanced into senior leadership roles through a deep understanding of operations, team development, and asset performance.

 Her experience spans eight states and a broad range of market conditions, with hands-on leadership across value-add communities, new construction and lease-ups, stabilized assets, and housing portfolios. Theresa is known for driving results while maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence and the resident experience.

 In addition to her professional career, Theresa has served as President for two separate homeowners associations, further strengthening her governance and leadership expertise. Her accomplishments include being named Regional Manager of the Year and earning Delinquency Leader honors, reflecting her disciplined, performance-driven approach to property management.
